Le scénario est original. Sam Worthington est très bon. La réaction de la foule à New York est bizarre mais réaliste. Il y a aussi un peu de comédie avec le couple de voleurs qui sont aussi de bons acteurs.

Comme film, j'ai vu mieux. La fin est du bonbon, comme tous les américains aiment bien comme conclusion. Par contre, le suspense est là. Les acteurs sont assez bons; sans plus. C'est un mélange de Mission impossible avec une petite histoire d'amour à la fin! Ça divertit pour quelque temps!

Le suspense est maintenue du début à la fin et toutes les actions sont crédibles. Le jeu des personnages suggère une complicité palpable. La musique n'est pas trop imposante mais tout de même assez présente pour faire monter l'émotion dans les moments qui coupent le souffle. Plusieurs lieux et temps d'action, mais pas du tout mélangeant.

J'ai vu ce film dans le but d'oublier un peu les problèmes de santé de mon mari et j'y suis arrivée! Bravo! Non, il ne faut pas prendre cette histoire au premier degré... mais de voir la foule qui s'agite et crie à l'homme de sauter devient extrêmement pénible! Pour se changer les idées, allez-y.

Très bon film! Bien que l'on sache où l'histoire s'en va, on reste en alerte tout au long du film pour découvrir comment Cassidi, l'homme sur la corniche, va se débrouiller pour atteindre son but. On est loin des scénarios compliqués à la James Bond, qui laissent trop de questions en suspens. Mais c'est tout de même un bon thriller avec des comédiens de grand calibre. À ne pas manquer.

Le scénario est bien construit, la situation est exceptionnelle. La crédibilité va s'installer inéluctablement. Quelle belle surprise que ce film-là! Je ne m'attendais pas à grand chose mais j'ai au contraire été ravi! Faut dire que j'adore les films de braquage et de vengeance. Le scénario est très original et le jeu des acteurs honnête. Seuls ombres au tableau: les scènes inutiles de voyeurisme et de fusillade à la Hollywood!

Les cinéphiles qui fréquentent ce site ont probablement une incapacité chronique à critiquer quoi que ce soit dans la vie. Cela fait d'eux des gens positifs, j'imagine. Par contre, dans ce cas-ci, ça aura comme conséquence de rater la soirée de bien des gens. Car, malgré les bons mots lus sur cette page, la réalité est que ce film est un navet. Un mission impossible des pauvres. Le casting est digne de Jersey shore, alors que le scripte des acteurs comporte autant de bonnes lignes que dans un film muet. L'histoire est d'une simplicité désarmante et ne comporte aucun suspense. Ce que vous voyez et vous vous imaginez de la suite se déroulera comme prévu. Si vous détestez les surprises, vous adorerez ce film. Je suggère le film si vous l'approchez au second degré, ce qui le rendra très drôle. Tout est caricatural : la Lara Croft aux gros seins habillées sexy, la foule en délire lorsque le suicidaire menace de sauter de l'immeuble, le suicidaire qui lance de l'argent à la foule (en délire encore), la reporter histérique, la fin, le début, le milieu du film.

Je n'avais pas vu un suspense si intense depuis "Décision au sommet" avec Kurt Russell. Les gens autour de moi (et moi également) étaient accrochés à leur siège jusqu'à la dernière minute du film. Rebondissements garantis jusqu'à la toute fin.

Mon intérêt a été au rendez-vous du début à la fin... Suspense, action et humour typiquement à l'américaine ont su faire de ce film un bon divertissement... Cependant, il ne faut s'attarder à certains éléments qui semblent très peu probables dans la vraie vie. Mais somme toute, j'ai passé un bon moment au cinéma!

Le film dans l'ensemble est bon mais il ne faut vraiment pas s'arrêter au détail car le scénariste et le réalisateur ne l'ont pas fait du tout. J'ai aussi trouvé que c'était un peu un ramassis de plein de films donc côté originalité on repassera (surtout : Inside man) Mais j'ai quand même passé un bon moment alors ça mérite bien un 7... pour l'effort ;-)

Très bon film. On se demande toujours comment ses complices vont faire pour parvenir à leurs fins et s'en sortir en arrivant à voler le diamant. Jusqu'à la fin, on se demande s'il va s'en tirer ou non. Bon suspense.
